BlockCraft offers custom gifts, coasters, puzzles, magnets, pillows, keepsakes, and other printed products. Some items are handmade, hand-finished, or hand-packed, while other items may be professionally sourced and customized by us.

Product descriptions, photos, sizes, and colors are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to materials, printing, lighting, screen settings, and handmade or made-to-order production.

Custom orders

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, accurate photos, text, names, dates, spelling, and customization details.

BlockCraft is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect dates, or poor-quality uploads.

We may contact you if your submitted image or customization appears unsuitable, but we are not required to proof every order before production.

Customer-provided content

By uploading photos, artwork, text, or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other third-party rights.

You agree not to upload illegal, hateful, explicit, abusive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that include content we cannot produce.

Intellectual property

All BlockCraft product photos, designs, branding, website text, graphics, and original product concepts are owned by BlockCraft unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content without permission.

Pricing and availability

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or update product information.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

BlockCraft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been handed off.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

BlockCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
